A monthly heart opening evening of singing and chanting with a cacoa ceremony at the start of the evening

Arrive from 7.30pm for a herbal tea with the cacoa ceremony starting promptly at 8pm

The cacoa is organic and of the highest quality from Peru. There are alternatives available such as rose petal tea, talk to Ruana to discuss options.

Your cacoa mugs have been handmade with love by Ruana and each have a unique intention engraved on the bottom.

We will then sing elemental and heart songs and chants for the evening. Instruments provided.
