How does it feel to sing the song of your heart?
We will journey together to explore what the Song of Now is in your heart. How does your heart want to express, create and connect with others as you sing?
There will be opportunities to centre and deepen our heart connection by guided singing for ourselves on the woods and wild flower meadows. There will be many ways in which we sing together as a group in nature, the stone circle, our cosy workshop space and maybe even the stream or the sauna!
Come and unleash your creativity, your bravery and your authentic voice in an embodied way.
The workshops will cover many forms of heart singing and chanting including ritual singing, circle singing, harmony singing, the singing village and spontaneous collective song. For any further information on the content feel free to contact Ruana.
We will also start the day with a gentle sound bath, there will be some free time to enjoy our beautiful surroundings and fires and saunas in the evening. On Sunday there will be a cacoa ceremony with heart singing in the house of the ancestors.
Ruana creates a safe, caring and gentle space which allows you to feel confident to trust your impulses and express yourself. Ruana has recently trained in holding a trauma informed space and you will be able to go to whichever parts of your heart want to sing, whether it be in pure bliss, grief, uncontrollable laughter or any other emotions that come up to be welcomed.
All singing abilities welcome from beginner to professional.
Ruana has a lifelong passion to sing and a love of land, spirit and heart based song. She has been a performer, choir leader and has led singing groups since the age of 14. She creates a safe, caring and gentle space which allows you to feel confident to sing and express yourself fully.

Payment
The price of the weekend event is £200 (early bird until 27th May) or £215 after.
If you are on a low income the cost is £185 early bird or £200 after. It is possible to pay a deposit of £50 to secure your space and the remainder one month before the workshop. Please contact Ruana about this option.
All fees include workshops, sauna, fires, shared residential accommodation or camping, showers, compost/flush toilets and access to private woodlands and the house of the ancestors at Wild Ways. Food will be bring and share as a community and cooking together in small groups.
