Vocal flow is a day workshop dedicated to exploring different ways to allow our voices to flow and be at ease both singing by ourselves and with others.

We’ll explore how the resonant body allows breath and sound to flow around the body and how this vibration allows us to connect with completely new sounds. 

We’ll also use create sound in a circle from the flow states of circle singing and spirolution. There will be lots of creativity, playful exploration and a chance to tune in and play the instrument of our bodies.

We will be drawing on some techniques from my teachers in vocal river and collaborative vocal improvisation- Rhiannon, Guillermo and Briony Greenhill.
